For this project the client needed two barn doors and some floating shelves.. The first barn door was for an upstairs laundry room in a narrow hallway. For that door I used pallet wood, painted and distressed them and accented it with a steel frame. The second barn door was for the downstairs office that had two glass french doors and offered no separation from the main living area. I used rough sawn White Oak and reclaimed sheet metal to give this door a more industrial finish. The Floating shelves are 3″ thick rough sawn White oak that were milled 30 years ago.
